We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please read the terms below carefully.

Return Window

You have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order (not the purchase date). To begin a return, you must contact us in advance — please do not send items back without notifying our team first.

Refunds

A full refund is available within 21 days of the original purchase date, provided the item is returned and passes inspection. Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned goods.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, the original order confirmation email must be included with your return.

Important Notice on Custom Products

Custom-fitted products are non-refundable, as they are made specifically to your individual specifications. If you’re unsure about your requirements, we recommend booking a fitting with one of our professionals before placing your order.
